Five Way Friends

Five Ways Friends (FWF) wellbeing clubs take place in Chorleywood on Mondays at The Junction, Christ Church.
Delivered by the Watford & Three Rivers Trust and designed for 55+ people and Carers, members are offered a two-course lunch, physical activity, a learning or creative activity and an opportunity to socialise and to share experiences, skills or time.

The club includes five ways proven to help people maintain and increase mental and physical health.  Be Active – from dancing and yoga to seated exercise, Connect –  focused on friendship, Take Notice – appreciating the natural world, reminiscing and pampering. Then there’s Keep Learning with talks, classes, arts and crafts and finally Give where members help each other out. Members can suggest future activity ideas. There are also joint events between clubs and trips out.”

Mondays 11am-3pm , The Junction, Christ Church from £4.50 plus £12 per annum membership. Transport available at a small cost
