The Film Club is screening an epically-scaled tale of courage and passion this month. The Lost City of Z (Cert 15.) tells the incredible true story of British explorer, Percy Fawcett, who was the inspiration for the fictional Indiana Jones. At the dawn of the 20th century, Fawcett found evidence of a previously unknown civilisation in the Amazon. He became obsessed, returning time and again in an attempt to find it.
Starring Charlie Hunnam, Sienna Miller, Robert Pattinson and Tom Holland, the film is a stirring tribute to the spirit of exploration.
