Last month we wrote about the original Chorleywood Station Estate and the efforts to preserve its Edwardian character, we should be equally proud of the later Whitelands Avenue development that truly placed Chorleywood at the heart of Metroland.
Prouder still that Chorleywood remains one of the few places to have sustained the Metropolitan Railway Developer’s dream of providing fresh air and country living a short commute from London.
