“We have a truly international flavour to this year’s line up.” says Sarratt Festival of Music organiser Larry Griffiths, “Our opening concert on Friday 22nd September is the virtuoso violinist Tasmin Little performing works by Brahms, Arvo Pärt and Beethoven with pianist Andrey Gugnin (winner of the Sydney International piano competition 2106).
Saturday 23rd September will feature the Heath String Quartet with pianist Hannes Minaar in works by Haydn, Schubert and Shostakovich.
The following Friday 29th September, O Duo, the sparkling and original percussion ensemble play an entertaining programme and the grand finale on Saturday 30th will see the Budapest Café Orchestra, led by the brilliant violinist Chris Garrick, return by popular demand.”
