School Shoes to Africa

Christ Church School children left barefoot on the last day of term, leaving their school shoes – and others –  behind to support the charity Sal’s Shoes.  The shoes will be shipped and distributed free to the poorest communities in African countries where a lack of shoes can sometimes prevent children from attending school.  “The response has been overwhelming… the generosity of my school families never fails to impress me,” says headteacher Duncan Gauld

    Well done to the children for thinking of others less fortunate than themselves

    Moving to Chorleywood over the summer — this has made me feel it will be a great place to live
