Two signs appeared in the village a few months ago with a bit of a Banksie air about them.
The artist writes
“ By putting the road signs up, the artist hopes that the public look again at street furniture, and will be stimulated, confused and amused by the messages.
Both signs have been removed . A cake has been offered for their safe return. Please drop off at Rootz Chorleywood “or alternatvely we could arrange a Cold War style swap…barrel arch at midnight?”
