Internationally renowned harpist, Chorleywooder Steph West, will be playing alongside The British Paraorchestra at Bristol’s iconic Colston Hall this Friday for BBCMusicDay.The orchestra, conducted by Charles Hazlewood, will perform four original pieces alongside youth and adult choirs from across the West Country. This collaboration includes young people with special educational needs and disabilities who will be performing on custom built instruments using new assistive technology.
The concert will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3 from 3:30pm to 3.45pm.
The One Show will showcase highlights of BBC Music Day events across the country including an exclusive performance from Colston Hall from 7pm.
