We have to pay for our garden waste to be collected very soon – From 11 July only brown bins that are paid for will be emptied.
Changes are necessary, say the Council, because of substantial cuts in funding
Cost will be £35 a year (some concessions available), although there will be a reduced charge of £25 to cover the period up to 31 March 2017.
