Chorleywood Sports has signed up with Akshaya Patra, the world’s largest non- profit organisation providing a daily mid-day meal to 1.6 million children in India. The Sports Shop team are organising local events to raise money for the charity – the first planned is a Fun Run on 12 Feb in Chenies and Latimer Cricket Club
“We are sponsoring a school with 200 kids and funding meals for 500 kids a year.” says Sunil Gupta of CW Sports, “We invite people to register now for the February run at £10 – they get a free shirt and help feed a child.”
