The jam-packed show of music and mayhem features hits from the cult Blues Brothers and Commitments films punctuated with R&B, soul, swing and ska in a quirky mix of classics and contemporary tuneage. Expect seasonal surprises too, especially in their mash up medley.

BBB formed ten years ago at St Clement Danes school and played two fundraising gigs in Chorleywood recently – at SCD last year to celebrate their 150 anniversary and at the Teenage Cancer Trust event in Heronsgate in the summer

“Our band was dreamed up on a St Clement Danes’ orchestra trip and we have played Chorleywood more times than we can remember, kicking off with late night shopping over ten years ago!” says Owen, aka Elwood Blues, ” We love the atmosphere of the 100 Club.  This will be the fourth time we have played there.  It’s going to be an awesome night!”

The Banned play theatres, music venues and outdoor events all over the UK and Ireland including Edinburgh Fringe and Cork Jazz Festival

Blues Brothers Banned – Christmas Party,    Sun 21 Dec, London 100 Club 7.30pm – 11pm, £10.
