A new exercise studio is now open in Chenies. Personal trainer and Sweaty Betty Ambassador, Melissa Scott has relocated her popular timetable of classes to the newly renovated ‘Old Dairy’ at Great Hall Farm, Chenies. This quaint building, set alongside the exquisite grounds of Chenies Manor, has undergone a complete transformation andis now open 7 days a week as a unique exercise studio.
The well-structured timetable offers something for all ages and abilities. Melissa encourages clients to include a cross-section of activities from yoga, Pilates and strength training to joining her free Friday run/hike club through the Chess Valley. Exercise becomes a sociable way of life when alongside others who enjoy similar activities.’
In recent years, Melissa has developed a ‘Total Body Training’ team of instructors who are all motivating, inspiring and highly qualified in their own field, delivering effective classes to a maximum of 12 per class. ‘The care of the individual is our priority, so we cap the class numbers to ensure everyone gets personal attention. Feeling healthy and fit is achievable with regular exercise and the support of dedicated professionals.’
All classes are booked online in advance with discounts for ‘full term’ bookings (£10/class) and a ‘drop in’ option is also available (£12/class). You pay for what you get…no expensive membership fees,
