It’s Herts Open Studios time again from Sat 8 – Sun 30 September when artists and artisan makers open their doors to the public. You’ll find painting, sculpture, printmaking, glass, photography, ceramics, textiles, jewellery, a blacksmith.
The 68 venues are a mix of working studios, demonstrations, exhibitions and workshops and there are also local events and art trails

Oil paintings based on the transient, visual appearance of objects and places, playing on the effects of time and the elements.
Subjects include landscapes, cityscapes and objects, both man-made and from the natural world.
