Nineteen year old Brad Taylor has become Chorleywood’s latest trader.
He plans to be parked up on the driveway between Three Sons and e.clips hair salon once a week selling fish to Chorleywood shoppers.
“I am the fourth generation in the business. My Dad has forty years experience and is my advisor. The fish comes fresh from Grimsby docks. We both go on Monday morning, keep it on ice, sell on Tuesday and Wednesday and go back on Thursday then clean down the van, do the books and start again. I heard good things about Chorleywood so looked on a map and it fitted into the route well. I have all sorts of fish fron salmon and hake to halibut and sword fish. I am trying to build a fish empire!”
