Chorleywood Cubs have had a fantastic year celebrating 100 years of cub scouts. One highlight was the restoration of the original scout trek cart that was used to take kit to Scout camp
“ Two Chorleywood leaders, Dave Martin and Lewellyn Watkins repaired the cart and we used it to pull a vintage camping display set up to Village Day back in July” says CW Cub leader Sarah Wright,
The most recent outing was a sleepover and Cubs 100 party at Legoland over a weekend in early Ocober.
“It was exhausting ! There were 130 cubs from 7 different cub packs and they all spent the afternoon in the park on the Saturday, then had Lego building games and pizza before setting out their beds in a large room and watching the Lego movie. The Falcons cubs are really celebrating the Cubs centenary in style!
