The Chiltern Choir celebrate Easter by performing Bach’s St John Passion under the baton of Michael Cayton, the choir’s own musical director, and director of the Watford Philharmonic.
The Passion vividly tells the story of the Passion of Christ, as set down in the Gospel of John, and is compiled from arias, recitatives and choruses relating and commenting on the events.
Sat 19 March, 7.30pm, Kings Church, Raans Road, Amersham, HP6 6LX. Tickets, £13 for adults and £6 for under-18’s from tickets@chilternchoir.org.uk or at the door.
