Christ Church is excited to be hosting a Summer Art Exhibition in The Junction (the church centre) from 7 -19 July . Admission is free. The eclectic mix of  art will include paintings, photography, drawing, and sculpture. The subject matter will range from abstract to realistic, with no reference to any particular theme. It will be a celebration of creativity by numerous artists connected with Christ Church. On Village Day ( Sat 10 July)  Cream Teas will be served.
The organiser, Fran Dawes, who is the Assistant Youth Minister at Christ Church, hopes that it will offer an area for reflection and enjoyment for all who visit the exhibition and Christ Church, a Grade 2* listed building.. ‘It would be great’, explained Fran, ‘if this could be a springboard for future exhibitions, enabling artists within the church to showcase their work to the wider public.’
