Despite rumours to the contrary, The Village Buzz is back on track.
It may have been quiet at the Sheratons building for a few months but behind the scenes things have been happening and the building is due to open its doors in 2014.
“There have been delays for various reasons but will be open by the end of the year” says Vic Grewal, “The furniture was taking time and is nearly there. We have had the Village Buzz logo printed in orange on a few different sized coffee cups and are in the process of recruiting a professional barista.”
A range of drinks and snacks, pastries, ice cream and tapas will be served at the savoury and dessert food counter over time – the full menu is currently being worked on.
The Hive will be running many activities from the property including Chattercraft in conjunction with the WI
