We occasionally ask our local chefs to pick a dish from their seasonal menu. Bedford Arms chef Adam Chamberlain recommends two classics Veal Schnitzel served with Mushroom Rosti, Sautéed Spinach & Caper Butter Sauce followed by summer style Crème Brûlée .
