People often ask “What does Chorleywood Residents’ Association do?”

In the past few months we have

* Liaised with Herts County Council regarding potholes and established and publicised the correct procedure for reporting them.

* Negotiated with NCP to establish time allowed in the station car park for pick up/drop off, now automatic number plate recognition has been installed, and made residents aware as there are no warning notices.

* Met with Three Rivers Councillors and joined a working party looking at improving parking

* Reported overgrown footpaths to the Parish Council and are looking to establish “Footpath friends” to make the PC aware of paths needing attention.

* Entered into discussions with the Parish Council regarding the dangerous state of the entry and exit ramps at the Memorial Hall car park.

We are an independent non- political organisation organised by residents for residents but we can only react to problems if they are brought to our notice.
