Don Corney, one of Chorleywood’s favourite butchers, has just created some special sausages made to a gluten free recipe. This new introduction, strung up in J & J May’s fridge, adds to the village’s ever increasing choice of food suitable for those suffering intolerances.
Made from prime pork with May’s secret seasoning, they are pretty tasty – we defy you to tell the difference between these and the traditional bangers made with wheat crumb.
