The Russell School Year 4 footballers took part in the Primary Sporting Development (PSD) Watford School’s 7-a-side Football Tournament at Yorke Mead School on 9 June.
The final was a close match against Little Green School, but a superb goal from Alex clinched the win for the team at 1-0 to the Russell Boys!!
The boys were ecstatic to be presented with medals and the winning trophy. The Russell Sports Co-ordinator, Mr Williams presented certificates of Sportmanship to several of the boys.
