Stones Outdoor Fitness sessions use the hills, benches and logs in the Chorleywod countryside as a natural gym. Sessions take place through all the seasons, in all weathers and with personal fitness sessions taking place in a group environment it’s also a fun social occasion.

Different terrain and routes make every workout achievable for all abilities.

WALKFIT : The class will teach the technique for achieving the correct posture and pace for effective fitness walking to calorie burn and improve overall fitness. The session gives you the tools to incorporate walking for fitness into your everyday life, dog walks, buggy walking etc. Suitable for all levels.

OUTDOOR FITNESS FOR ALL : Aimed at all levels working together for independent goals. Sessions allow you to run and/or walk to build fitness and burn calories, condition muscles and stabilise the core for active daily living.

TWO HOUR OUTDOOR SESSION (Saturdays, Monthly): The session uses the hills over distance for cardio fitness incorporating intervals to push yourself more than you would on your own. It Incorporates strength and conditioning exercises making the use of body weight and natures gym. The two hours will enhance your programme or just kickstart your weekend after a busy week.

PRE/POST NATAL EXERCISE : A specifically designed programme to help the body cope with the added demands on the body during and after pregnancy. The session gives special considerations to the pelvic floor, body alignment and the maintenance of fitness during pregnancy and improvement of fitness after the baby is born.
