Children of Chorleywood Schools were just some of the artists involved in our POPpy UP SHOP at The Peppermill on 7 November. The vibrant artwork made by the young people added impact and brought life to the setting.. just a few are pictured below. The main photo is of a magnificent canvas by pupils of Charlotte House School under the direction of their teacher Lizzy Duncan. Charlotte House children also made a selection of inspired cards. Children from Chorleywood Primary School created a colourful string of poppy themed bunting which was draped across the restaurant window while Russell School Children’s red paper wreaths in a multitude of sizes and shapes were mounted on the walls and scattered around surfaces. Saffron Saigal from Christ Church School had three paintings displayed in the exhibition on opening night and the school donated fabric poppies as used in the Christ Church installation which were sold for The Poppy Appeal.
