Parkour was developed in France by Raymond Belle, a French soldier, as a way to get from A to B as quickly and efficiently as possible. It consists of obstacle courses, running, climbing, swinging, vaulting and rolling.

3RDC have built two purpose made Parkour courses, both within teenager distance of Chorleywood, one in King George V playing field Mill End and the other at the playing field at Balwins Lane Croxley Green. The video was made at the Croxley Green site.

Hard surfaces, heights and teenage boys, what could possibly go wrong?
