STATION CAR PARK CHANGES

If you are used to picking up and dropping off in the station car park, you need to be aware that there is now a time limit on how long you can stay.

NCP have installed Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras which log your arrival and departure times.. There is no notice advising of any period of grace because, NCP say, there is no official space marked for drop-offs. As far as they are concerned you are deemed to have parked as soon as you enter the car park.

We are trying to get a response from NCP stating how long they will allow.. To be on the safe side, we suggest that you stay in the car park for no more than ten minutes from the time of entry, pending confirmation of the actual time allowed.
